Design Corporate Trainee Workbook
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’ve developed a four-day training module entirely from scratch, complete with client policy references. Now I need a polished trainee workbook that mirrors the quality of the content. I will provide my full trainer’s guide; your task is to transform it into a branded, corporate-style booklet delivered as a ready-to-share PDF.
Here’s what must stand out in the final document:
• A friendly welcome note that quickly orients learners.
• A clear, auto-generated table of contents so topics are easy to find.
• Scenario-based exercises and hands-on activities laid out for quick use during class.
• A concise glossary with definitions of all key terms and acronyms.
Beyond those essentials, you’re free to recommend layout ideas, icons, or subtle colour accents that keep the look professional while boosting engagement. Consistency in typography, headers, and callouts is important; I’m aiming for the same polish you’d expect in a leading corporate training program.
I don’t have a template, so you’ll handle everything from page design and section flow to final proofreading. Feel free to build in Word, InDesign, Canva, or any tool you prefer—just be sure the exported PDF preserves formatting and remains easy for me to update later if policies change.
Deliverables
1. Editable source file.
2. Print-ready and screen-optimized PDFs.
3. One round of revisions once I review the draft.
I’ll forward the trainer’s guide as soon as we start. If you’ve created similar workbooks, samples would help me gauge fit. Looking forward to seeing this module come alive for our learners.
