I need a detail-oriented person who can log in every day, pull text and financial figures from online databases, emails, and occasional PDF files, then drop that information into my existing Google Sheets and Excel workbooks without introducing errors. The bulk of the workload is straightforward copy-pasting, but you’ll also tidy column widths, keep the formatting consistent, and make sure each row lines up with its proper category so the spreadsheets stay clean and searchable.
Accuracy matters more than speed here; I rely on these sheets for live reporting, so double-checking totals and spotting stray characters is part of the routine.
