Customer Service

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to provide customer service. This position will involve using email as a primary form of communication and having limited authority to resolve issues. The freelancer should consult with me before making major decisions. I expect the freelancer to provide customer service between 10-20 hours per week. The ideal candidate must be professional, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. We require an English level close to or at a native level.
