Crime Thriller Writer Lead

I’ve sketched out a basic crime-thriller premise for a new Pocket FM show and now need an experienced US-English storyteller to take the wheel. Think of this as a showrunner role on paper: you’ll expand the seed idea into a tightly plotted, character-driven narrative and deliver polished episode scripts that sound great in headphones.

You’ll be free to shape tone and sub-genre—detective mystery, psychological twists, legal intrigue, or a blend—but everything must feel cohesive and suspenseful across multiple episodes. I’ll share the initial theme and key constraints once we start; from there I’m relying on you to craft compelling arcs, layered protagonists and antagonists, and cliff-hangers that keep listeners binging.

Core deliverables I’m looking for:
• Series bible (season overview, episode beats, character sheets)
• Pilot script ready for voice-over recording (Final Draft, Celtx, or Google Docs)
• Subsequent episode scripts with dialogue, scene directions, and audio cues
• Revisions based on Pocket FM’s feedback until each script is production-ready
