Creative Story Writing Task -- 2

This assignment revolves around a single objective: finishing a piece of writing in the form of a story. I already have the core idea and a rough outline; what I need is a polished, engaging narrative that reads smoothly from start to finish. The task is strictly a writing task—no layout, graphics, or marketing copy required—so your focus can stay on character development, plot flow, and clear language.

Scope
• Expand my outline into a complete short-story (2,000–3,000 words unless we agree otherwise).
• Maintain consistent tone, believable dialogue, and satisfying pacing.
• Deliver the final draft in an editable file (DOCX or Google Doc) with basic proofing completed.

Acceptance Criteria
• Story follows the supplied outline closely.
• No spelling or grammatical errors remain.
• Narrative is cohesive: logical sequence, natural character motivations, and a clear ending.

Once I review the draft, one revision round is included so we can fine-tune any areas if needed.
