Creation of Presentation to be given at an Interview for a Test Manager
Budget: £50 – £200 GBP
I’m preparing for a final-round interview for an IT Test Manager position and need a polished Microsoft PowerPoint deck—complete with speaker notes—that I can confidently talk through on the day.
The interview task is clear: show how I would lead the testing effort when an immovable release date collides with late-arriving features and a backlog of high-priority UAT defects. The panel specifically wants to hear how I will
• design and execute tests that stay tightly aligned to user needs and requirements, even under severe time pressure
• manage, report, and resolve defects while actively coaching the team to raise its own game
To hit those points, the slides must be organised in thematic sections (rather than purely chronological). Within those sections please weave in practical use of Risk-Based Testing, MoSCoW prioritisation, exploratory testing for late features, efficient defect triage, and coaching techniques for rapid resolution.
I’m looking for:
• A visually clean PowerPoint file (no more than a dozen slides is fine) structured around the key themes above
• Concise speaker notes that read naturally in my own voice, not like an AI script
• Simple graphics or tables where they help explain priority scoring, flow of triage, or coaching loops
No need for elaborate animation—clarity and credibility matter most. If you can craft a narrative that feels authentic and positions me as a calm, decisive test leader, we’re set.
Deadline: Before Monday 12 noon, UK time
