Create a career quiz for high school students

Looking for someone to create quizzes for students. The topic is Career options or choices. The idea is that students take the quiz to find out their areas of interest. After they take the quiz, the results will be used to set career pathways for students. This must be:

a) around 20 or 30 questions, could be more
b) Multiple choice answers
c) results must have points total that point towards a career option.
d) must have a key to determine career choice/options
