Create & Post Rental Ads
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Our real-estate office has a portfolio of apartments coming onto the market and I need each unit presented online in a way that not only reaches the right audience but also complies with every platform’s posting rules. Your assignment covers both creation and distribution of the listings.
What I will supply: current photos, floor plans, rent figures, lease terms and a brief fact sheet for each property.
What you will do: turn that raw information into engaging copy, size and optimize the images, then publish the finished ads on Zillow, Facebook Marketplace and the main Affordable Housing portals. Location highlights, neighborhood perks, in-unit amenities, layout details, rent and lease conditions all need to be front-and-center in every post.
Because the content still has to be written, I’m counting on you to handle wording, formatting and keyword placement. Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines is critical; every ad must stay compliant.
Deliverables
• One polished, platform-formatted ad per property
• Live links or screenshots confirming each post on all three sites
• A short report after posting that notes character counts, image resolutions and any moderation requirements
Acceptance criteria
• Copy is grammatically clean, persuasive and factually accurate
• All mandatory details (location, amenities, price, lease) appear above the fold on desktop and mobile previews
• Listings remain live for a minimum of 30 days
If you’ve regularly placed listings on these channels and can work quickly with minimal supervision, I’m ready to send over the first batch of units right away.
