Craft 3 Beginner Real Estate eBooks

I’m putting together a three-part digital series that gives absolute beginners a clear, confidence-building path into the property world.

Book one introduces the fundamentals of real estate—key terminology, the players involved, how deals flow, and the mind-set a newcomer needs to develop. Book two demystifies the legal framework and walks readers through the core technical calculations they’ll meet every day: cap rates, loan-to-value, cash-on-cash returns, break-even ratios, and more, all explained step-by-step. Book three zooms out to the wider business landscape, showing how agencies, developers, investors, and prop-tech companies operate and where fresh professionals can plug themselves in.

All three titles will be delivered as polished, publication-ready eBooks (PDF plus an editable source file). Tone must stay friendly, jargon-light, and example-rich so someone with zero background can finish each chapter feeling “I can do this.”

If you’ve already written educational content in real estate, finance, or a similarly technical field, that experience will weigh heavily in my decision. Briefly outline the projects that prove you can translate complex ideas into accessible language, and let me know any tools you prefer for structuring and formatting long-form e-learning (Scrivener, InDesign, Vellum, etc.).

I’ll share style guidelines and a rough table of contents once we agree to move forward; you’re welcome to recommend structural tweaks that sharpen the learning flow.
