Course Content Editor / Knowledge Organizer (Transcript Rewriting & Course Structuring)

Job ID: 40305712

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

am looking for an intelligent and detail-oriented assistant to help repurpose existing educational courses into organized written lesson structures.

Your role will be to go through course material (video or transcript), rewrite the content in clear language, and organize it into structured lessons.

This is not simply transcription work. The job requires someone who can read educational material, understand the key ideas, and reorganize them into a clear learning format.

The goal is to turn raw course material into a structured document that I will later refine and expand.

The subject matters are spiritual teachings , online marketing training and self-help subjects.

Responsibilities

Review course videos or transcripts.

Clean and edit transcripts by removing filler words and repetition.

Rewrite the content in your own words to create a clear and concise version.

Organize the material into lessons with a logical structure.

Identify key ideas, frameworks, and teaching points.

Deliver clean documents that are easy to read and well organized.

Example Lesson Structure

Lesson Title

Short Summary (2–3 sentences)

Main Teaching

Key Points
• point one
• point two
• point three

Reflection or exercise (if appropriate)

Optional Skill (Bonus)

If you have experience with AI voice tools, there may also be opportunities to help generate audio lessons.

This would involve:

• using tools such as ElevenLabs to generate voice narration
• exporting high-quality audio files
• assembling the final audio lessons

This is optional. If you do not have audio experience, that part of the work may be handled by another team member.

Payment Structure

This project uses milestone payments based on completed work rather than a monthly retainer.

Each course will be divided into clear deliverables such as:

Milestone 1
Rewrite and organize the first portion of the course.

Milestone 2
Complete the remaining lessons.

Milestone 3
Final formatting and organization.

Payment depends on the size of the course and the amount of content.

Initial Test Task

Before hiring, applicants will complete a short paid test task.

You will be given a short video or transcript and asked to produce a sample lesson structure similar to the format above.
