Copywriting project: Informational content about finding commercial space in European cities
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for an experienced and professional copywriter to produce informational content to an international market leading portal for finding and letting commercial real estate. The content will be focused around finding and letting different types of commercial real estate (offices, warehouses, retail stores etc)
Qualifications:
• Native speaker in English
• Large experience with writing informational copy for websites
• Experience with writing blog posts
• Knowledge and understanding of SEO principles
• Professional and reliable
• Experience with copywriting with the help of AI (ChatGPT/Gemini)
• Good communication skills
• HTML knowledge is preferred but great language skills is the main priority
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Scope
The task is to write around 160 search engine optimized texts and around 160 blogs about big cities in Europe with a perspective of finding commercial real estate in each city. AI is used to generate the first draft of the texts, which is then checked and refined to ensure a high quality of the text. A guide for the general structure of the texts needed will be provided before beginning the task.
Working Conditions:

• Communication via email, phone, and Teams
• Expected deadline: May 1st, 2024
• Payment upon delivery and approval. Delivery of texts in batches
• You will be provided with some example texts via documents in google drive, and translate other texts directly via a restricted access to our content managent system.
