Copy writer - for SEO + landing pages.

We are building a new website with around 15 pages to begin. We have a report of what keywords each page should focus, and would like to engage an excellent copywriter to help us build content for the same.
Scope of work includes writing:
- Page headings
- Meta Title
- Meta Description
- SEO/ copywriting content focused around keywords + optimised for conversions
- Interlinking opportunities
- FAQ's
Purpose of the content would be to
1) generate leads - we will be doing paid ads and so high conversion is expected
2) SEO - to generate laser focused organic traffic (intent based)
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate "conversion optimisation through content" and not just regular content. If you bid without explanation on the reasons to chose you specific to this project, we will not consider your bid.
I will share web-page design with selected freelancers on demand.
