Convert PDF to Markdown Extra

I have a single, text-only PDF that I need reproduced in Markdown Extra. The job is straightforward:

• Copy the exact wording from the PDF into a .md file.
• Recreate any portions that are block quotes or code snippets using proper Markdown Extra syntax.
• No images, tables, headings, lists, or other styling are required—just faithful text with those two elements correctly marked up.

Accuracy matters; line breaks and punctuation should match the source so the final file can drop into our repository without additional edits. Once complete, send me the finished Markdown document so I can review it against the original PDF.
