Content writer for suitability of positions in an organisation

I need assistance in drafting a letter that can be submitted in support of a suitability of a person for a specific position. The letter would be around 3 pages long covering details about the organisation, about the role and finally about the applicant. The basic information would be provided by me in point form. The freelancer would convert it into a letter. He/ She will also need to undertake research on the organisation and then further research on the role. Each responsibility will need to be explained, in 5-6 lines, by the freelancer. Finally, suiability of the applicant (resume will be provided) will also need to be explained.

The letter has to be written in corporate format. A solid command over British english and an impressive style of sentence formation, use of adjectives, business style of writing is a must.
