Content writer for real estate private equity
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We have a small number of content pages that need to be written to start. We are seeking an experienced financial writer that has written for real estate private equity firms to help us improve our website content and other downloadable website collateral.
As an investment firm, we also need to cover topics such as ESG, DEI, and educational content covering the benefits of alternative investing / investing in private REITs.
Within the working relationship, I can always provide a basic outline and some examples of pages or articles similar to the type of content we'd like to cover.
We are a small team, and much of our content creation process is new. Therefore, if the writer has suggestions for content, we are also very open to ideas. Ideally, we'd like to establish a long-term working relationship if there's a mutual fit.
Lastly, in terms of a working relationship and costs, we'd prefer to determine costs upfront (or at least a pretty honest estimate) to ensure we're all in alignment.
