Content writer for homepage sales pitch

We have fundraising platform to help charities.
We currently have template homepage (prototype.myfundraiser.com.au). This is all dummy content that needs to be replaced.
I'm looking for someone who can prepare a solid pitch to get new organisers to join our platform.
This includes why we are different, why join us, our pricing, etc. Need to make compelling argument.
Also provide images to replace as well..
This will suit someone with expertise on discussing and asking questions with business owner and then coming up with compelling marketing content for sales.
