Content writer for Website that focuses on the acquisition of apartment buildings

In the United States, Cardinal Equity Partners is in the business of raising private capital to acquire multi-family apartment buildings.

We are looking for a content writer who can create professional and informative content that will communicate the benefits of apartment building investing. The content will serve two audiences, first time investors and accredited/sophisticated. There are three phases to this project, we will focus on Phase 1. This is high priority for us.

Phase 1:
1. Help write the content in Cardinal's website-currently under construction, Wordpress/Blue Host. Partner with our developer to get website completed.
2. Create profiles for the managing members to be loaded on the website
3. Current Developer will integrate Website with Hubspot CRM/forms
