Content writer to create phrases for google my business and review website.

I own a residential cleaning business and I currently have set up google ads, What I need is professional who can help me create phrases and a paragraph to target costumers to my niche about my business which goes right below the ad.
I also need (but if if you don´t do that because is not out of your scope that´s ok) someone to review my website, I created with the help of a friend who is not a content writer, so it might need some improvements.
