Content Writing, Viral Advertising and Indiegogo Campaign Setup/Management

I have a new start up from Australia and I need an individual or business that can provide an advertising strategy for crowd funding a new computer component. The project is already in negotiations with component manufacturers, now I need the advertising. This project will consist of milestones and they are:
- 3 to 5 paragraphs of content writing for website.
- Research an effective viral advertising campaign for the demographic.
- Create a viral advertising campaign with timeline.
- Setup Indiegogo campaign.
- Manage advertising and Indiegogo campaigns.
The content writing needs to be done in the next couple of days and the research/advertising strategy has longer to complete.
