Content Writer for training material - with Australian VET System experience

1. Curriculum Development Expertise:
o Proven experience in creating training materials, including learner guides, session plans, PowerPoint presentations, and assessments (knowledge and project baese)
o Familiarity with Australian competency-based training and assessment practices.
2. Strong Research Skills:
o Ability to review and interpret unit requirements from training.gov.au.
o Capable of aligning content with performance criteria and evidence requirements for each unit.
3. Educational Content Writing:
o Experience in simplifying complex information and structuring content for clarity and engagement.
o Ability to write for an Australian audience while adhering to vocational training standards.
4. Instructional Design Skills:
o Knowledge of adult learning principles and strategies for creating engaging and interactive materials.
o Experience in designing content that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical application.
5. Attention to Detail:
o Meticulous approach to ensuring all content meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
