Content Writer for it company website

I have around 300 pages already developed on my website, Now i need a content writer who is creative and can write seo friendly content on my website, no spinner no plagrism, its an tech website where customers can buy readymade games and can hire developers. as there is too much work we have to do so i am planning to hire 3 content writers for 1 month and after 1 month i will decide with whom i have to continue may be all 3 or may be if your content isnt good i will leave you after 1 month, so only experts please.

Note - Time Tracker is must so we can be sure your are not using any tool and all content is original, and we can pay max 12$ per hour. if you are skilled than in upcoming weeks we will make it 20$ per hour
