Content Writer to assist with launching website

Hello,

Looking for someone who can assist with helping me gather my thoughts and launch a new website. So I need to know:
What pages are needed to proceed as a typical site
What written content needs to be on those pages
What images and message do we want on pages (look and feel)
I'd like some input on design aspects of the rest of the site too.

Please take the time to explain what a typical site needs and content you would propose.

The site has two parts - this data driven informational side and then eventually a social site.
