Role & Responsibilities:
Develop engaging and insightful B2B content for LinkedIn, blogs, website, and email marketing.
Write thought leadership articles, whitepapers, and industry reports focused on recruitment trends, talent acquisition strategies, and HR best practices.
Create compelling LinkedIn posts aimed at decision-makers (CEOs, HR Heads, Hiring Managers).
Research and develop case studies, success stories, and client-centric content.
Optimize content for SEO and LinkedIn’s algorithm to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategy with business goals.
Who You Are:
Proven experience as a B2B content writer (preferably in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition).
Strong understanding of B2B audience needs, particularly decision-makers in the UAE & MENA region.
Ability to write clear, professional, and engaging content tailored for LinkedIn and recruitment industry professionals.
Knowledge of SEO, LinkedIn content strategies, and industry trends.
Excellent research skills and the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content.
Experience in the MENA region is a strong plus.
