Project: Digital Transformation Phase 1, My Room Holiday Homes Rental

Duration & Compensation: This is a temporary, hourly-paid position in USD for a
period of 2-4 months. Payments will be disbursed bi-weekly based on milestone
completions.

Objective:
The Content, Website Development & Training Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing dynamic content and overseeing the digital presence of My Room Holiday Homes Rental, coordinating training programs for digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring the integration of e-commerce and OTA platforms. This
multifaceted role demands a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and
educational skills, with a strong emphasis on understanding the nuances of the vacation rental and hospitality industry both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
● Content Development: Craft engaging, SEO-optimized content for the My
Room Holiday Homes Rental website, social media platforms, and Online
Travel Agencies (OTAs), ensuring alignment with brand standards and the
latest trends in social and digital marketing.
● Website Optimization: Collaborate with web developers to enhance website
functionality and user experience, focusing on seamless booking processes
and easy access to information. Ensure the website and digital platforms
integrate advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve
guest experiences and operational efficiency.
● Operational Coordination: Work closely with the Hotel/Resort Operations
Specialist to accurately represent operational capabilities in all digital content,
translating complex operational processes into compelling narratives for
potential guests.
● Training Program Design: Develop and implement comprehensive training
programs for staff on new systems, digital tools, content management
procedures, and data entry protocols, ensuring a smooth transition during the
digital transformation process.
● Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between the project director,
internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies (DTCM, SIRA, Dubai
Police), ensuring all content and training initiatives comply with local
regulations and industry standards.
● Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of
digital content across platforms, using data-driven insights to optimize
engagement, enhance user experience, and increase conversion rates.
● Data Management and Standardization: Oversee the data entry of past and
new operational data, develop standard contract formats for company
transactions, and ensure compliance with VAT, tax provisioning, and local
regulations.

Qualifications:
● Experience: Proven track record in content creation and management, with a
strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise across various digital platforms.
Experience in the hospitality or travel industry, particularly in vacation home
rentals, hotels, hotel-apartments, or resorts, is highly desirable.
● Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO, web development principles,
e-commerce strategies, and the integration of artificial intelligence in the
hospitality business. Familiarity with local regulatory compliances (DTCM,
SIRA, Dubai Police) and the ability to manage digital transformation projects.
● Communication and Training Skills: Outstanding communication and training
abilities, with the expertise to convey complex information in an
understandable and engaging manner. Experience in developing and
executing training programs for diverse teams.
● Strategic Thinking: Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, excellent project
management skills, and the ability to lead initiatives from conception to
execution, aligning with broader business goals and digital transformation
strategies.

This is an on-site local job for 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. Location: Al Khail Heights, Al Qouz 4, Dubai, UAE. The candidates should have their own or process their own residence permits.
