Content Strategy + Creation For Three amazing Landing Pages

I need a great marketing-oriented writer for a fairly small, but important project.
I'd like to create three landing pages. Each one can have a similar approach to structure, but the content will be unique.
The intention is that you will be very involved in getting the ideas out of my head with me and into some sort of a structure that we will then use to design and build the landing pages themselves on our end.
I need an all-in project price please, not per word or hourly etc, and I'd like to see some samples of similar work you've done in the past around modern, non-slimy landing pages (no cheesy hard selling stuff here!).
