Content Manager

We are a start-up equity initiative looking for a content manager to support with content creation, strategy, and development.

This position is a contract role and will operate both independently, and as a part of the communications team.

The ideal candidate:

1. Can provide writing examples
2. Can demonstrate the ability, or previous success with, co-creating content and outreach campaigns to successfully grow an audience, manage communications, and show success in ROI, rentention, and growth.
3. Can provide examples of brand voice and management
4. Has a strong background understanding of equity work beyond DEI jargon with a heart and mind for justice and equity work.
5. Has experience mapping and understanding customer journey
6. Understands how to track, analyze and adjust content based on analytics to continuously adapt and improve the communication experience.
