Content Creator for SEO Platform - continuos work

I'm searching for a web copywriter, to cooperate with in the mid-long term.
The copywriter shall create the Content Strategy every 3 months and one blog article every week for my SEO Platform.
Copywriter needs to:
A) Create a keyword strategy for the website (every 3 months)
B) Write SEO Guides based on the keywords confirmed in the step 1 (Every week), 1000 words each
C) Create the right interlinking and outbound link
STRONG EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
