Content Creation for a Training Course

Powur is looking for an immediate copy writer, content creator or instructional designer to develop dynamic and effective content for a training course for solar professionals. The final deliverable will be approximately 20-40 hours of dynamic, clear, concise and effective training for solar professionals, including an introduction to solar systems, technical training on equipment and installations, our internal systems and platforms, financing options available to the homeowner, and the solar sales process. The right candidate will take our initial outlines, existing presentations, information from internal subject matter experts, interviews with the internal team or vendors as necessary, and external research to ultimately produce all the content necessary for the course. This will include things like 1) a final outline of the training course and deliverables required to produce, 2) scripts a presenter would use in recording training videos, 3) all copy and content for presentations and as provided throughout the learning management system, 4) quiz content and 5) clear direction provided to graphic designers and videographers for any graphics, videos, models or frameworks required to simplify complex concepts.
