Content Creation & Management - Luxury Guide USA
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Luxury Guide USA is expanding and has a variety of needs for roles that we need to be filled. Below outlines some of those opportunities, however, further details may be provided if you are interested in any of the roles.
NEWSLETTER EDITOR & CONTENT CURATOR
Similar role as above but would curate our content for our monthly newsletters in collaboration with our social media team.
• Create plans and themes, curate the content to fit within the plans, edit the content, and design our multiple newsletter types using the IContact newsletter platform. A lot of the content is provided to us in the same platforms and ways we get it for print and a lot of the content can be repurposed across print and digital platforms.
• Must be able to meet the deadlines of each of the newsletter project using an online universal management tracking system (i.e. google sheets, Asana or Trello).
• Once newsletters finalized, send to client for final approval, execute the delivery and manage the reporting.
NEWSLETTER DESIGNER
I need someone who can design our many newsletters using IContact. Ideally same person can write as well OR Content Curator writes and gives to designer.
WRITE OUR ASK THE EXPERT INTERVIEWS – See attached.
Step 1 – Create Questions for Various Industries - See attached for the list.
The person needs to be able to somewhat understand the industry or the questions will be too generic. In either case, the writer needs to research and generate 30 Questions that are what a consumer would want to know. The general basic questions are fine for the first 2-4 questions, but I am looking for someone to be able to put themselves in the shoes of a consumer and generate questions that they would ask if they hired that professional. Also, I have seen people turn in interviews that the questions don’t have a logical flow – this would be required.
These interview templates will be given to the interviewee so that they can choose 15-20 questions they want to answer. We will then take that and use that for their feature.
Step 2 – Edit the Completed Interviews
Once the interviewee completes the assignment, this person needs to copy edit/proof the interview and submit a clean word document in a designer friendly format - so user friendly it doesn’t need explanation
