- Guidelines for external content from member associations 
- Member associations content monitoring

Webpage
- Webpage monitoring 
- Basic photo editing 
- Webpage review and basic text correction
- News and events upload

Newsletter
- Newsletter structure and design 
- Member associations content monitoring
- Newsletter design and delivery
- 3 newsletters per year

Monitoring and reporting
Reports every three months (prepared for the board meeting)
Analytics on post and stories monthly review 
Keyword search monthly review 
Hashtag monitoring
