Comprehensive On-Page & Off-Page SEO Overhaul
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m ready to tighten every SEO screw on my site—both on-page and off-page—so Google rewards us with higher, more stable rankings. The core of the job includes deep on-page optimisation alongside strategic off-page efforts to build authority, trust, and visibility.
Where we stand
• The site runs smoothly and already ranks for several mid-tier keywords.
• All pages have meta titles and descriptions, but most were written in a hurry and no longer reflect current keyword priorities.
• Content is decent yet inconsistent in depth and keyword focus.
• Internal linking exists, though it was never planned strategically.
• Off-page presence is minimal—limited backlinks, no structured outreach, and little domain authority growth.
What I need from you
On-page SEO
1. Audit my existing meta tags and descriptions, flagging gaps and rewriting them to current best-practice length, keyword placement, and click-through appeal.
2. Review each page’s visible content, adjusting headings, copy, and media alt text so they align with refreshed keyword targets while keeping the brand voice intact.
3. Map and implement a purposeful internal-link structure that distributes authority logically and improves user flow. Anchor text should reflect keyword goals without over-optimising.
Off-page SEO
4. Audit current backlink profile and identify gaps, toxic links, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Develop and execute a white-hat link-building strategy (e.g., guest posting, partnerships, directory listings, digital PR, or content-driven outreach).
6. Build high-quality, relevant backlinks that improve domain authority and rankings for priority keywords.
7. Provide guidance (or execution) on brand mentions, citations, and external signals that strengthen credibility and trust with search engines.
Reporting & insights
8. Provide a concise summary report outlining changes made, key wins, backlink growth, and next-step suggestions so I can measure progress and keep things optimised.
Access & context
You’ll have full access to the CMS (WordPress) and Google Search Console data. I already run Google Ads, so feel free to reference keyword insights from those campaigns to sharpen both on-page and off-page strategy.
Acceptance criteria
• Every indexable page carries a unique, fully optimised title tag (55–60 characters) and meta description (150–160 characters).
• Primary and secondary keywords are woven naturally into H1, H2, and body copy without affecting readability.
• Internal links added/updated on at least 90% of pages, with no orphan pages remaining.
• High-quality backlinks acquired from relevant domains, with a clear improvement in domain authority and referring domains.
• Toxic or low-quality backlinks identified and addressed (if applicable).
• Final report delivered in Google Docs, including before/after examples, backlink summary, and Search Console benchmark metrics.
If you’ve driven measurable SEO gains across both on-page and off-page efforts and are comfortable executing end-to-end strategies, let’s get rolling.
