Client Case Story - Some Technical Aspects and interviews maybe required

We are medium tech company that work with clients in all industries to provide solutions to help them run their businesses better. I need a client case study created that will run to a provided format. There are some technical aspects of the solution provided that need to be translated into easy to read format. This job will involve interviews with our relevant staff and with the client if need be to build this story so availability during business hours is important. I am also seeking examples of work that would align with what we need.
I am looking for a long term writer to work on various projects such as whitepapers, how to guides and blog posts if this job is successful.
