Children’s Travel Adventure Series Ghostwriting
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’ve created a concept for a children’s book series that whisks readers aged 6–8 off on exciting journeys packed with adventure and discovery. What I need now is a talented ghostwriter who can transform my outlines and scattered notes into polished, age-appropriate manuscripts ready for illustration and publication.
Here’s how I see the collaboration working: I provide the destination, main plot points, and any must-include cultural or geographical tidbits; you craft lively, engaging stories that balance fast-paced action with clear, simple language suitable for early independent readers. The tone should be fun and imaginative while still grounding each chapter in the sights, sounds, and surprises of travel.
Because a full series is involved, I’d like to tackle the first manuscript immediately and then roll into the subsequent titles on a steady schedule, all wrapped up within a month. Consistent voice, tight pacing, and cliff-hanger chapter endings are essential to keep young adventurers turning the pages.
Deliverables (per title)
• Completed manuscript in an editable Word or Google Docs file
• Story length appropriate for early chapter books (you may suggest ideal word count)
• Brief chapter summaries and a one-paragraph back-of-book blurb
• Two rounds of revisions based on my feedback
If you have experience writing for early readers—especially anything adventure-or travel-related—let me know and feel free to share samples. I’m eager to start our first journey together.
