Children’s Stories Translation to Spanish
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have a set of short English children’s stories that need to be rendered faithfully into Spanish. The text is simple and contains no cultural references or tricky idioms, so the emphasis is on maintaining an engaging, child-friendly tone while keeping wording clear and age-appropriate.
Each story will be provided in a Word document, and I would like the finished Spanish version returned in the same format, mirroring any basic styling (headings, paragraph breaks, bold text for character names, and so on). Consistency in punctuation, dialogue format, and page layout is important because these files go straight to an illustrator next.
Deliverables
• Spanish translation of each story in .docx, preserving original formatting
• Quick note per file highlighting any wording you feel could have multiple interpretations so we can make final choices together
I’m ready to share the first batch immediately and will have additional stories on a rolling basis. Looking forward to smooth, accurate translations that young Spanish-speaking readers will enjoy.
