Role Overview:
You will be the face of our company during the onboarding process for new hires. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Conducting onboarding sessions for newly hired candidates
* Leading virtual induction meetings via video calls
* Representing the company’s values, culture, and brand to new team members
* Ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every new joiner
Requirements:
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Energetic, friendly, and professional presence
* Prior experience in HR, onboarding, or employee engagement (preferred)
* Comfortable hosting virtual video meetings
* Female candidates only (as per our current team’s representation needs)
Location: Remote (virtual meetings)
