Bilingual (English & Hindi) Newsletter creation , design and Automation for non -managerial security staff in India

I’m launching a weekly newsletter for private security guards across India and need someone who can handle absolutely everything—content, design, and delivery—while I simply give the final thumbs-up.

What I expect you to run with
• Content curation and bilingual copywriting: each issue must feature Industry news, Training tips, and Success stories, written in clear Hindi and English that a guard on a basic smartphone can grasp quickly.
• Visual layout: create a clean, mobile-friendly design that renders nicely as both HTML and PDF.
• Workflow automation: build the pipeline in Zapier or n8n so the content you prepare flows into the template, converts to PDF, and queues for distribution.
• WhatsApp sending: connect the finished file to WhatsApp Business (or a comparable API) so the guards receive it directly in their chat each week.
• Approval loop: send me a PDF draft every Wednesday; after my sign-off, you automate the blast.

Acceptance criteria
1. Fully bilingual copy (Hindi + English) in each section.
2. Draft arrives in PDF exactly one day before send-out.
3. Automated WhatsApp delivery proves successful via sent-message logs.
4. All automation built in my workspace for future transparency.
