Arabic Web App Localization & Excel

Job ID: 40130533

Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP

I have a complete web application that now needs to speak fluent, natural-sounding Arabic. All user-facing text—interface labels, drop-downs, buttons, tooltips—as well as the in-app help pages and every error message must be translated and delivered in a clean, structured Excel workbook.

Here is how I picture the workflow

• I will export the current English strings (UI, help, errors) as CSV/XLSX.
• You translate each key, keeping placeholders and HTML entities intact.
• If a phrase could be understood in more than one way, add a brief note in an adjacent column so I can choose the perfect tone.

Acceptance criteria
– Every string rendered in Modern Standard Arabic, context-appropriate and consistent.
– No broken placeholders or truncated text when re-imported.
– The final XLSX keeps the exact key order and encoding (UTF-8).

I am comfortable with periodic check-ins through Google Sheets or Git, whichever you prefer, but the final hand-off must be an Excel file ready for bulk upload. If you have handled web-app localization before and can turn this around accurately, I’d love to start right away.
