Antiques description writer with eye for the Sacred

Hello there,
I am the owner of an antiques eCommerce platform who sells worldwide through different channels and my field of work has a focus on Christian religious items, 16th - 19th century mostly. It can be extremely interesting and rewarding.
Due to increasing volume of sales, I am looking for a colleague that will help me with the work load creating deep, detailed and appealing descriptions for my listings. He/she must be able to work proactively by conducting his/her own investigations on the items, so it is important to have knowledge of Christian iconography and understanding of the way sacred art was expressed and created throughout the centuries and styles; Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, etc...
So preferably, I will be looking for someone with experience in content writing with an BA History of Art and knowledge in religious art. It would be greatly appreciated if he/she had experience working in an antiques store or auction houses where creating content within the relevant fields was required. Any other important experience in the field will be taken into consideration.
We would start our partnership as pay per unit basis, between 5$ - 10$ depending on experience and depth of descriptions, which they would need to be around 150 words each.
I would like to develop a long-term partnership with the possibility of the right candidate to grow in different areas of an eCommerce if the right skills are shown, taking more responsibilities along the way.
