Alibaba Fashion Product Listings

I need help uploading and polishing a large batch of Fashion & Apparel items on my Alibaba supplier store. In total there are 500 products that must go live. About a third of the SKUs already have draft descriptions; the rest either need light editing or full-length, keyword-rich copy created from scratch.

Here is exactly what I’m looking for:
• Create or refine the title, bullet points and long description for every SKU, aligning with Alibaba’s SEO guidelines and character limits.
• Enter all required attributes (sizes, colours, fabric composition, MOQ, lead time, packaging, HS codes, etc.) so each listing is marked “100 % complete”.
• Optimise images—rename files with relevant keywords, compress to recommended size, and upload in the correct order (hero, detail, lifestyle).
• Configure trade assurance, shipping templates and pricing tiers.
• Deliver the finished listings directly inside my Alibaba dashboard so I can hit “publish” without extra formatting.

Acceptance criteria
1. 500 listings show as “Active” or “Ready to Publish” with a compliance score of 100 %.
2. Descriptions are fluent English, free of grammar errors and contain the primary keyword naturally in the first 80 characters.
3. All variants, attributes and media display correctly on desktop and mobile previews.

I will provide: product spreadsheets, existing drafts, raw photos and brand guidelines. Access to the seller centre will be arranged after NDA. If you have proven experience with Alibaba’s back-end tools and fashion terminology, I’d love to see a sample listing you’ve built.
