Advice, prepare Linkedin Posts ( Imags and Text) on Daily basis to further my personal brand in the indutsry i work

I want to establish myself as a brand and leader in the contact centre industry and thus i am looking for free lancer who could prepare the images and content on my behalf and post it on daily basis while targetting the leaders and recruiters in that industry. Every day he/she must post one image and write up , pre -approved by me. The images and text for the entire week would be approved on every saturday. He should also be able to spot trends and advice me accordingly. the engagement would be on Monthly basis
