AdSense-Ready Blog SEO Upgrade

I want to take my existing blog all the way to Google-AdSense approval while giving it a genuine SEO lift. The core of the job is content and SEO optimization: you will research and compile a fresh keyword set from scratch, weave those terms naturally into posts and metadata, tighten up titles, craft enticing meta descriptions, and make sure every image, heading, and internal link pulls its weight.
On-page fixes alone are not enough, so I also need the site to pass PageSpeed Insights with green-zone scores. That may involve compressing images, leveraging browser caching, minifying code, or anything else you consider best practice—feel free to reach for Lighthouse reports, Core Web Vitals metrics, or your favourite performance plugin.
Because AdSense approval is one of my primary goals, every adjustment must respect Google’s content and placement policies. I expect guidance on ad locations, privacy-policy requirements, and the full submission process until we see the “account approved” email.
Off-page, I’m looking for quality do-follow backlinks built through clean, white-hat methods (guest posts, niche edits, digital PR—whatever you know will actually stick). Spam or automated link blasts are out of the question; I want links that belong in the content, bring referral traffic, and can be verified in Search Console.
