Academic Course Content for Flutter App

I'm looking for a professional who can help me turn PowerPoint lectures into engaging content for a mobile app built with Flutter. The lectures will focus on university-level academic courses to covers 15 weeks including 10 Labs excercises .each lab must cover at least 3 excercises. the contents is explained in the attachments. each topic should be at least 30 slides and in max 40 slides.
