My current CV needs a full overhaul so it sails straight through modern Applicant Tracking Systems and their AI-driven keyword screens. This document is for a senior-level corporate role, so the end result must balance clean, professional aesthetics with data-driven optimisation: correct section hierarchy, targeted keywords, and formatting that parses flawlessly in leading ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, and Lever.
I’d like the polished version supplied as a MS Word doc that can be amended by me depending on role and sent as a PDF, and I need it on my desk within the next two weeks with a 1 week turnaround. You should be based in the UK or USA and able to point to a strong track record of formatting CVs that consistently make it past the initial machine scan and into human hands.
Acceptance criteria:
• The MS Word an/or PDF renders perfectly in standard ATS parsing tests (I will run Résumé Worded or a similar checker).
• All critical corporate-sector keywords and competencies are woven in naturally—no keyword stuffing.
• Sections, fonts, and spacing remain intact when exported or re-uploaded to ATS portals.
