YouTube SEO Specialist for Couple Channel

We are looking for a YouTube SEO & Growth Specialist to help optimize and grow our couples-based YouTube channel. We post **one long-form video per week (10–15 minutes)** and want someone who understands how to position relationship and lifestyle content for maximum reach and engagement.
This role is focused not just on keywords, but on strategy — improving click-through rate, retention positioning, and overall channel growth.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct keyword and topic research before upload
* Create high-CTR, curiosity-driven titles
* Write structured, SEO-optimized descriptions
* Develop tag strategy
* Suggest thumbnail text and hook angles
* Provide competitor research within couples/relationship niche
* Offer strategic suggestions to increase views and audience retention
Requirements:
* Experience growing YouTube channels (preferably lifestyle, couples, or personality-driven content)
* Strong understanding of CTR, retention, and audience psychology
* Familiar with TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or similar tools
* Able to provide examples of channels you’ve worked on
* Strong communication and reliability
