We are looking for a highly analytical and creative partner to take full ownership of the growth strategy and channel optimization.
The Goal
To significantly increase the channel's Click-Through Rate (CTR), organic views (Impressions), and Subscriber Growth by leveraging data, design, and SEO best practices, specifically targeting a US/English-speaking audience.
Key Responsibilities (Full-Service Management)
1. Optimization & SEO (The Strategy)
Keyword & Trend Research: Conduct deep, niche-specific keyword research for each video concept to maximize search and suggested traffic.
A/B Testing Strategy: Implement a structured process for testing multiple title/thumbnail combinations to find the highest-performing package for every video.
Channel Health Audit: Regularly analyze YouTube Analytics (CTR, Audience Retention, Traffic Sources) to identify and fix bottlenecks.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor top-performing channels in the cinematic and short-film niche to adopt successful strategies and identify content gaps.
2. Packaging & Publishing (The Execution)
Title Creation: Develop 3-5 high-impact, curiosity-driven, and algorithm-friendly titles for each video.
Thumbnail Design/Direction: Either design professional, cinematic-style thumbnails yourself or work with our provided stills and a separate designer to ensure the final thumbnail is high-converting and aligned with our brand.
Description & Tag Optimization: Write engaging, fully-optimized descriptions (including chapters, links, and detailed SEO copy) and comprehensive tag lists.
Scheduling & Uploading: Handle the entire upload process, including scheduling, end screens, cards, and playlist organization.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven Track Record: Must have a portfolio demonstrating measurable growth (increased CTR/Views) for an existing YouTube channel, preferably one focused on film, cinematic content, or high-production value video.
Data Fluency: Expert-level knowledge of YouTube Studio Analytics and how to translate retention graphs and traffic data into actionable strategy.
SEO Tools: Proficiency with growth tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ.
Design Sense: A strong eye for cinematic aesthetics—you must understand how to package a high-quality short film, which is different from a typical vlog.
Communication: Excellent written communication for titles, descriptions, and regular performance reporting.
