We are looking for an experienced YouTube Monetization Expert to help us achieve full monetization for our channel and optimize it for long-term revenue growth.

Our channel focuses on Telugu music content (Folk Songs, Music Videos, Shorts) under the brand CREOS MUSIC.

Scope of Work:

Help achieve YouTube Partner Program (YPP) eligibility
Strategy to reach:
1,000 subscribers
4,000 watch hours OR 10M Shorts views
Channel audit & improvement suggestions
Optimize:
Titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails
Content strategy for viral growth (Shorts + long videos)
Ensure compliance with monetization policies
Assist in Google AdSense setup & approval
Guidance on avoiding copyright issues (music content)

Requirements:
Proven experience with YouTube monetization
Past success with monetized channels (portfolio required)
Strong knowledge of YouTube algorithm & policies
Experience with music or entertainment channels preferred
Ability to provide clear growth strategy
