We are looking for a highly skilled YouTube & LinkedIn Organic Reach Expert on a freelance basis who can craft and execute platform-specific growth strategies for Premium & luxury brand. Our Product range starts from 1Lakh INR, there are no products under this value. We do not want to sale products right now, we just want to catch the only 10 to 15% people out of 100 who can easily buy a 3 Lakh INR product. We just want to target them to come and visit our digital platform.
The ideal candidate must have out-of-the-box thinking, strong storytelling sense, and a proven track record of driving organic visibility, authority, and audience growth.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
YouTube (Organic Growth & Content Strategy)
1. Develop a complete YouTube growth strategy tailored for luxury brands (content themes, formats, cadence).
2. Perform in-depth channel audit (if required) and optimize metadata: titles, thumbnails, tags, playlists, end screens.
3. Suggest and guide high-quality video concepts aligned with luxury brand positioning.
4. Improve organic traffic, watch time, session duration, and subscriber growth.
5. Create keyword clusters, topic pillars, and long-term content roadmap.
6. Competitor analysis & benchmark against top luxury channels.
LinkedIn (Brand Authority & Organic Visibility)
1. Create a LinkedIn growth + content strategy for brand pages & key leadership profiles.
2. Prepare monthly LinkedIn content calendar with thought-leadership angles, industry insights, and brand storytelling.
3.Optimize brand page for maximum discoverability, engagement, and lead generation.
4. Identify viral hooks, content categories, and build an authority-driven posting structure.
5. Grow followers organically through strategic distribution, communities, hashtags, and creative content formats.
Planning, Reporting & Execution
1. Create a platform-wise action plan with deliverables & timelines.
2. Share weekly progress reports, insights, and next steps.
3. Recommend creative ideas, hooks, and content improvements that align with the luxury, premium identity of the brand.
Required Skill Set
1. Strong experience in organic YouTube and organic LinkedIn growth (please share past results or channel links).
2. Ability to think strategically + creatively for luxury brands.
3. Skilled in SEO for YouTube, analytics, and content optimization.
4. Understanding of brand tone, visual aesthetics, and storytelling.
5. Proficiency in analytics tools: YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics.
6. Ability to prepare robust strategy decks, content roadmaps & platform insights.
7. Excellent written communication in English.
