YouTube Kids Channel Manager Needed

Job ID: 40546289

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

I’m getting ready to launch CocoDoll, a premium 3-D children’s animation channel, and I’d like a seasoned YouTube Channel Manager to take charge of every growth lever—especially audience growth and engagement, which is my top priority.

The channel will feature glossy, full-length 3-D nursery-rhyme style animations as well as YouTube Shorts, so the role spans classic optimization work and the newer, fast-moving Shorts strategy. Day to day you’ll handle keyword-driven upload routines, eye-catching thumbnails, metadata tests, community posts, and data-backed content calendars. I’m looking for someone who already knows the kids’ space inside-out, understands COPPA-safe best practices, and can show past success scaling children’s channels from launch phase into healthy, monetized growth.

Although I’m open to global talent, I do prefer someone based in India for time-zone alignment with my animation team.

To help me decide quickly, include the following in your proposal:
• Your current location
• Links to the kids or animation channels you’ve managed
• Concrete growth metrics you personally delivered (subscribers, watch-time, CTR, etc.)
• A brief note on your experience with nursery-rhyme or children’s IP
• A 90-day growth plan outlining how you will move impressions, views, and subscribers

Key tools you should already be fluent with: YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, TubeBuddy (or similar), and any workflow utilities you rely on for bulk metadata edits and split-testing.

Deliverables over the first three months:
1. Fully optimized channel setup (playlists, branding, default uploads)
2. Weekly upload schedule and Shorts calendar aligned with keyword research
3. Thumbnail concepts A/B tested for higher CTR
4. Bi-weekly analytics dashboard with clear action steps
5. Audience-growth experiments (community tab, collaborations, influencer shout-outs)
6. End-of-quarter report benchmarking actual vs. planned KPIs

If you thrive on data-driven storytelling for little viewers and can prove you’ve grown similar channels before, I’d love to see your plan.
