YouTube Growth & Strategy Partner

We are looking to hire an experienced YouTube Strategist / Channel Manager to work closely with us in scaling and monetizing our tech-focused YouTube channel.

Our channel creates technology-related content, primarily around coding, software development, and interview preparation. In less than one year, we have grown organically from 500 subscribers to 36,000+ subscribers, and we currently operate with a team of 8 members, including a dedicated video editor and thumbnail designer. The execution ecosystem is already in place; we are now looking for strategic leadership.

Role Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with YouTubers and a strong understanding of the YouTube ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:
• Deep analysis of YouTube Analytics (CTR, retention, watch time, impressions, audience behavior, etc.)
• Strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm and content discovery mechanisms
• Helping define and refine the long-term direction and positioning of the channel
• Creating a content and growth strategy aligned with analytics and audience insights
• Planning future content ideas and formats based on data-driven decisions
• Overseeing and assisting with strategy implementation, working alongside our existing team
• Supporting and guiding monetization efforts, including:
• Brand deal strategy
• Brand outreach and collaborations
• Evaluating and negotiating brand opportunities (where applicable)

What We Are Looking For:
• Proven experience as a YouTube Strategist, Manager, or Growth Consultant
• Demonstrated results with previous YouTube channels (please share examples/case studies)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Clear communication and ability to work with an existing team
• Understanding of brand partnerships and creator monetization models
