YouTube Content Review for Improvement

We run a small YouTube channel about personal finance and scam awareness. I need honest, detailed feedback to improve content performance.
This project is not for guaranteed views, backlinks, SEO packages, or paid promotion. I want content feedback only at this stage.
How this works:
Stage 1 — Proposal (no videos shared yet)
Tell me about your experience with YouTube content strategy. How do you approach hooks, retention, and audience growth? Keep it short and specific. No templates.

Stage 2 — Review (shortlisted candidates only)
I will share channel details and 2 videos. You will watch both fully and provide a short written review covering:
Exact timestamp where you would stop watching and what was on screen at that moment. This is how I'll know you actually watched the content. Real observation only — no AI-generated feedback. If you have the experience, this will be a simple task.

Stage 3 — Paid engagement
The 1-2 candidates with the best feedback will be selected for a paid project. You will deliver a detailed 2-page strategy document covering: content direction, posting frequency, long-form vs short-form balance, and practical recommendations for growth and retention.
Budget: $10-$15
I will shortlist based on value creation—how you think about content & your strategic approach —not how much you list in your proposal.
